There are four ways to get to and from Mayaguana.
Bahamasair from Nassau There are three Bahamasair flights per week. They depart every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at aproximately 9am. The flight takes 1.5 hours. In most cases this means you must fly to Nassau, stay overnight and fly to Mayaguana the following morning. Bahamasair flies from Mayaguana to Nassau three times per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Flights depart at aproximately 12pm but it is not uncommon for flights leaving Mayaguana to experience delays. If you are planning to take a connecting flight from Nassau on the same day give yourself at least two hours of layover time to account for potential delays.
